How do I add a streamer to my list? +
Open the extension from the toolbar, type the Twitch or Kick channel name in the add field, then confirm. Its live status appears right away.
A channel is not showing as live? +
Check the exact spelling of the channel name and wait a few seconds for the refresh. If the problem persists, message us through the form with the platform and the channel name.
How does auto-claiming Drops and Moments work? +
StreamPulse detects channel point chests, active Twitch Drops campaigns and Moments badges. Everything is claimed in the background with no action from you. The history is available in the extension log.
How do I use the floating predictions overlay? +
When a prediction starts on the Twitch stream, a semi-transparent floating panel appears over the video player. You can vote, see the odds and the remaining time, then move or close the overlay at any point.
Why does my tab icon change? +
If the option is enabled in settings, StreamPulse replaces the tab favicon with the live streamer's profile picture, plus a red LIVE dot in the corner so you can instantly spot which tab is playing a stream.
